Meno: Perimenopause Tracker — we're here to help
If you have questions, feedback, or run into any issues, we'd love to hear from you.
Email UsAll of it is stored locally on your device, in a database only this app can read. Nothing is sent to any server, because there is no server. That includes symptoms, cycles, notes and the medications you enter.
No. Meno works completely without an account. Just download and start tracking — no sign-up required.
Yes. Because everything lives on your device, deleting the app deletes your history permanently and we cannot recover it. Before you uninstall, create an encrypted backup (Meno Pro) or at least export a PDF, so you keep a copy.
Yes, with Meno Pro. Create an encrypted backup on the old phone, save the file wherever you keep your files or AirDrop it across, then restore it on the new phone. There is still no cloud sync and no automatic transfer — the file is yours to move.
Keep the passphrase somewhere safe. The file is encrypted on your device, and nobody, including us, can open it without that passphrase.
Settings → Reports → Export PDF gives you a report for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, free.
Settings → Reports → Doctor report (Meno Pro) gives you a fuller one: a symptom score clinicians recognise, charts, your medications and adherence, a space for the questions you want to ask, and any date range you like. It can also export CSV. Both share via email, messaging or AirDrop.
Yes. Settings → Manage Symptoms → Add Custom Symptom. There is no limit, on the free version or on Pro.
Absolutely. Irregular cycles are very common during perimenopause. Meno is designed to accept cycles of any length — from 2 days to 60+ days — without restrictions.
Settings → Reminders → Daily Reminder. Evening tends to work best, so you can log the whole day at once. Medication reminders are set separately on each medication, and turning the daily reminder off does not affect them.
Yes, and it stays that way. Logging symptoms, triggers and cycles, unlimited custom symptoms, the heatmap calendar over your whole history, charts for 7, 30 and 90 days, PDF export and a daily reminder are all free, supported by ads.
Meno Pro is an optional upgrade that adds HRT and medication tracking, the fuller doctor report, encrypted backup and longer history views, and removes ads. Nothing that was free before the update was moved behind it.
You record what your clinician prescribed — the medication, the dose, the schedule — and tick off each dose as you take it. When your dose changes, the app compares your logged symptoms in the weeks before and after, and shows you the difference.
It describes your own data and stops there. It never recommends, calculates or adjusts a dose, and it is not a substitute for medical advice. Always discuss your treatment with your clinician.
Because a handful of entries cannot tell you anything reliable. A symptom needs at least five logged days on each side of a dose change before it appears, the first three days after a change are left out, and the comparison waits until the full period has passed. It would rather say nothing than hand you a confident-looking number that means very little.
No, and this is worth knowing before you rely on a backup. The file is encrypted on your device with your passphrase, which is never sent anywhere and never stored. Without it, the file cannot be opened by anyone, including us. Write it down somewhere safe.
Open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Your purchase lives with Apple, not with us — there is no account on our side to log into.
In your device Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel there. We cannot cancel it for you, because the subscription is between you and Apple. Your logged data stays on your phone after a subscription ends; only the Pro features and the ad removal stop.
